This project for Workspace Group saw the conversion of parts of its industrial and warehouse spaces at the old Bassetts sweet factory in North London into a new reception building with both interior and exterior communal spaces.
In this case we were employed as design architects only.

Kensington Square
2003

A private spa, sauna and steam room suite formed within a listed building in central London some parts of which dated to the 17th century.

The design included a bar, library and cinema room and involved complex negotiations with the Conservation Department of the Local Authority.
